In the third volume and second issue of Indonesian Journal of Natural Pigments, "The Development of Flake Containing Provitamin A Carotenoids From Blend of Banana and Yellow-Fleshed Sweet Potato" has been selected as our journal cover. This research paper has been reported by Chandra et al. on page 36 (DOI: https://doi.org/10.33479/ijnp.2021.03.2.36). In this article, it was highlighted that flake made from the mixture of banana and yellow-fleshed sweet potato was liked by 77% of panelists. Composing of total carotenoid, vitamin A activity, and proximate compositions (moisture, crude protein, crude fat, ash, crude fiber, and carbohydrate), this product can be considered as a nutritional and energy food resource for daily intake.
